![]() Some references that would be great to build off of if they had macro management (and base building for some games):ĮU4, Stellaris, Diablo 3, C&C, Total War, Divinity Original Sin 2, FO4/NVĮdit: I played They Are Billions, absolutely hated the hero missions though. I played Rimworld (with mods too) but it just didn't click for me. I'm not just looking to have a town of 50 people though, if there's a game were you end up (after starting out small) controlling an empire, or even a massive castle where you have to defend it against enemies that'd be bomb. Game play like FO4 with it's basebuilding and NPCs doing their own work as a full game would be awesome. that'd probably be the perfect game.īut that's just an example. If there was a game like that with extended base-building features, base defenses, enemy waves, character recruitment, etc. In Dragon Age Inquisition you spend resources to have various parts of your base upgraded. I think it was Assassin's Creed 2 where you would build up your home base and send off assassin's on missions without having to micromanage them? I liked that idea. If I could get EU4 combined with the auto issued army commands of Imperator:Rome that'd be awesome. I don't mind micromanagement with small bases or groups but as I expand and buildup micromanagement gets tedious. Looking for something where I don't have to micromanage an empire or massive force but can instead issue larger commands or just build stuff and like the AI do the micro parts.
